In a 12-week consumer study conducted in collaboration with Outspoken Beauty between November 2024 and February 2025, 85 healthy female subjects used Altrient Vitamin C to assess its perceived impact on skin health and overall health and wellbeing. The aim of the study was to support clinical data with a wider, more informal test audience but also to assess areas of benefit that are difficult to gauge in a clinical setting, such as feelings of health, tiredness or energy levels.
Participants and Study Design
- The study included 85 healthy women aged 35 - 70 who had never taken Altrient C before
- The participants took 1 sachet of Altrient C per day for the 12 weeks of the trial
- Participants were encouraged to take pictures at week 0 and week 12 to illustrate their results
- A post-trial questionnaire at 12 weeks assessed perceived changes in skin health, energy levels and overall health & wellbeing. Responses were measured using a Likert scale
- Participants were given the option to respond to an additional survey at week 4, with the goal of seeing how quickly they were able to notice results
Results in just 28 days
Among those who completed the 4-week survey, the majority noticed:

At the end of the 12 week study, panellists were invited to give their opinion on their experience taking Altrient C. Participants reported improved skin, increased energy levels, and enhanced immunity, with many avoiding winter illnesses despite exposure to colds and stress.

Conclusion
This consumer study backs up over a decade of clinical research on Altrient C’s positive effects on skin health but shows that its benefits are not limited to beauty. The biggest notable improvements were in regards to the participants’ perceived overall health and wellbeing and energy levels. Overwhelmingly, people responded positively to a standard, 1-sachet dose, reflected in the fact that 88.2% of participants expressed their intention to continue taking Altrient C, reinforcing its perceived value as a vital addition to their wellness routine. These findings further support Altrient C’s reputation as a premium supplement that delivers tangible benefits when taken consistently.
