Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how cancellations, returns and refunds are handled for orders placed directly with Abundance + Health.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they have been fulfilled and prepared for dispatch.

Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to the returns process outlined below.

Cancellation requests can be made directly through your customer account or by contacting our Customer Service team.

Requesting a Return or Refund

Returns or refund requests can be submitted directly through your customer account or by contacting our Customer Service team.

Customers wishing to exercise their statutory right to cancel must notify us within 14 days of receiving their order.

Please do not send products back without receiving return authorisation and instructions from our team.

Unopened Products

If you change your mind, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided:

  • The product remains unopened and unused.
  • Any tamper-evident seal remains intact.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Once received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Opened Products

For safety, hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened food supplements, cosmetic products or personal care products unless they are:

  • Faulty;
  • Damaged; or
  • Incorrectly supplied.

Damaged, Faulty, Expired or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, expired, or you receive the wrong item, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.

We may request photographs or other information to help assess the issue.

Where a product is confirmed to be damaged, faulty, expired or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • A replacement product;
  • A refund; or
  • Store credit.

Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our Customer Service team.

Where a parcel is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders may be cancelled at any time up to 3 working days before the next scheduled dispatch date.

Orders that have already been fulfilled or dispatched cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the standard returns conditions outlined in this policy.

When We Cover Return Shipping

Abundance + Health will cover reasonable return shipping costs where:

  • The wrong product was supplied.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product is defective.
  • The product has expired before its stated expiry date.
  • A fulfilment or shipping error has occurred on our part.

Where return shipping is covered, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange collection where appropriate.

When a Return Is Not Required

We may determine that a physical return is not necessary where:

  • The parcel has been confirmed lost in transit.
  • Photographic evidence is sufficient to verify damage, defects or incorrect supply.
  • The cost of return shipping exceeds the value of the product.
  • We determine that returning the product would be impractical or unnecessary.

Any decision to waive a return requirement remains at our discretion.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed once any required returned products have been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to appear in your account after approval, although processing times may vary between payment providers.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
